hello

hello hello from taipei! yes, i'm currently in taipei but unfortunately, tommorow i'll be going back to singapore because poly will start again in the 2nb. bummer

*thinking what to write

i have a bunch of stuffs to write but ..

sooooo, let me stop rambling and just get to the point. i know this post is going to be wordy, which some of you dislike, but i feel like writing a lot lol.

my trip to taiwan has been really pleasant. this is my first time stepping my foot on taiwan and i like this country, especially the food.. for those of you who have been to taiwan before will definitely agree about this. the snacks from the night markets here especially. they're just too irresistable. i wish my home country has this kind of never-ending road with piles of foods too (well, they have though. but its way different from the ones here in taiwan. do visit here to know what i mean :p)

taiwan is also known for its humongous fried chicken and bubble tea. my dad's bestie took us to various stores selling those yum-yums. and to me, the bubble tea here is somewhat better than the ones i've tried. pearl milk tea in singapore and indonesia is 10x more milk content .. that's why they're considered as fattening there >< but the taiwanese version, it has less milk. no wonder all the people here are still in their good state figure eventhough they drink milk tea everyday 0.0

moving on to the weather here.. i think the winter here is really .. unexpected. it can be super cold on that particular day then superrrrr hot on the next day. frankly, i prefer cold weather because i live in a tropical country and i've always wanted to live somewhere which has four seasons where i could wear both summer and colder seasons clothing in a year

if you know me really well, you must have known that i'm upto something which will make you know more about my taiwan trip :)

and and .. can't believe that 2012 is going to end soon. all those dooms day thing is just beyond nonsense, which i have expect before. we're still alive man. don't you guys think that way too? ;)

this year has gazillions of out-of-the-blue kind of things which unexpectedly occured. starting from my school story. never thought that i would be going to a government school in singapore ;_; it was a rough road going there. the enterance test was crazy, especially the maths which contains all the questions that i've never learned before (ut it was multiple choice kekeke :p) . i nearly go to another school which i dislike and beyond pathetic. the announcement was pretty sudden too. i still remember.. on my way home from my dentist, dad called mom that he received a letter about the acceptence and my mom was like 'WHHHHHUUUUUT?!' and suddenly turning super hyper lol. i immidiately go to singapore the next few days to have medical checkup which the government asked me to have. and i never thought that my grade 11 life has just end that day .. and i was told that the school starts only a few weeks after that day, so i was rushing like anything and i had a mini farewell party too ;_;

i still remember i was freaking nervous during the first time i moved there. i have to live with a bunch of new people at my rent place, plus new friends and so on .. the another unexpected thing is, during the orientation day, i was the only girl in the batch. frankly speaking, i was freaking horrified. and i'm like the only one who comes from indonesia.

unexpectedly, i met a lot of good friends here, from both poly and my rent place. omg i know this will sound like exaggerating, but i feel blessed ;_; never thought that i will meet them

*my dad has asked me to sleep @_@

ttyl!
